Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Delivery within Portugal and Spain (mainland) usually takes 3–6 business days. Deliveries to the Azores and Madeira take 5–9 business days, while deliveries to the Balearic and Canary Islands take 6–10 business days. For Europe Zone 2 (Austria, Belgium, Czechia, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Netherlands, Slovakia, Slovenia) and Europe Zone 3 (Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Latvia, Malta, Poland, Sweden), delivery usually takes up to 10 business days. Delivery times are approximate and may vary during busy periods or due to customs delays. All orders are shipped with tracking, and you will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping on orders of €35 or more to Spain and Portugal (mainland), €50 or more to the Portuguese islands, €80 or more to Europe Zone 2 (Austria, Belgium, Czechia, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Lithuania, the Netherlands, Slovakia, Slovenia) and €80 or more to Europe Zone 3 (Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Latvia, Malta, Poland, Sweden).

Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes. If you’re not satisfied, you can return or exchange your item within 30 days of receiving it. Items must be unused and in original condition.
How do I start a return?

Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

What materials do you use?
Our jewelry is crafted from high-quality 316L stainless steel and genuine 925 sterling silver - both known for durability, shine, and hypoallergenic properties.
Are your pieces hypoallergenic?
Yes. Both 316L stainless steel and 925 silver are safe for most skin types and suitable for daily wear.
Will the jewellery tarnish or change color?
Stainless steel 316L is highly resistant to tarnishing and corrosion. 925 silver may develop a natural patina over time, which can be easily polished back to its shine.
How should I care for my jewelry?
Avoid harsh chemicals, perfumes, and prolonged exposure to water. Store your pieces in a dry place. Clean gently with a soft cloth to maintain their shine.
Can I shower or swim with my jewelry?
Stainless steel is water-resistant and safe to wear in the shower, but we recommend removing silver pieces before contact with water to preserve their finish.
