At SOMBRA, we want you to feel completely confident in your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you can return or exchange your order within 30 days of delivery.

How it works

2. We’ll provide instructions for returning your item safely.
3. Once we receive your item, we’ll process your refund or exchange promptly.

• Returns are at the customer’s expense unless the item is faulty.
