Returns & Exchanges

At SOMBRA, we want you to feel completely confident in your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery.

How it works

  1. Contact us: Email us at orders@sombrajewellery.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
  2. Ship it back: You may return the item using any shipping method of your choice. Please ensure the package is tracked, as the return is at the customer's expense and the item remains your responsibility until it reaches our studio.
  3. Refund: Once we receive and inspect the item in its original condition and packaging, we will issue a full refund for the product.

Exchanges

To ensure the fastest turnaround and guarantee that your replacement item is in stock, we do not perform direct exchanges.

  • Simply follow the return process above for a refund.
  • Place a new order on our website for the new size or item you desire.

Please note: Shipping costs for the new order will apply at checkout.
